Step 1

Insert Shackle into Body as shown

Then insert Clip onto Shackle as shown

Step 2

Insert Tumbler 3 into Body

Then insert Spacer into Tumbler 3 with flat of the Spacer aligned with the flat on the shaft

Step 3

Insert one of the Tumbler Pegs into Tumbler 2 with peg aligned as shown in the Combination Tool tab
(Shown in position 4)

Step 4

Insert Tumbler 2 into Body

Then insert Spacer into Tumbler 2 with flat of the Spacer aligned with the flat on the shaft

*spin notches pointed toward the left as shown

Step 5

Insert Latch into Body as shown

Step 6

Insert the other Tumbler Peg into Tumbler 1 with peg aligned as shown in the Combination Tool tab
(Shown in Position 1)

Step 7

Insert Tumbler 1 into Knob aligning the notch with the number on the Knob as shown in the Combination Tool tab (Shown in position 3)

Step 8

Insert Tumbler 1 and Knob aligning the notch with latch

Step 9

Insert Front into Body slowly until legs latch into the back of the body.

Operating Instructions:

Unlocking
1. Turn knob clockwise 3 full turns stopping on the first number of the combination.
2. Turn knob counter clockwise 1 complete turn, continue turning stopping on the second number of the combination
3. Turn knob clockwise stopping on the third number of the combination.
4. Open lock!
Locking
1. Turn Knob either direction at least 3 full turns.
2. Close Lock.
Setting Combination
- The combination numbers are set by the position of the tumbler pegs in tumblers 1 and 2 and the position of knob on tumbler 1.
- The positions are counted clockwise from the notch on the tumblers, there are 10 different possible positions on each tumbler.
- Use the By Combination button to find the tumbler pegs and knob position based on selected combination.
- Use the By Tumbler button to find the combination by the tumbler pegs and knob position.
- If the combination numbers are red, the combination won't work. Try a different setting.
- If the combination numbers are green it should work good.
- Rules to setting the combination
  1. The tumbler peg can not be positioned directly under the tumbler notch (position 0).
  2. Consecutive numbers in the combination can not be the same. For example the combination can not be 4 4 6, but 4 6 4 is ok.
  3. The second number in the combination can not be 1 less than the first number in the combination.

Notes
- Print both Tumbler Pegs at the same time, this prevents the pegs from globbing.
- Make sure tumblers spin freely on spacers.
- Make sure Latch moves freely on base.
